📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct root cause analysis using PDCA methodology to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and measure the impact of improvement projects using data analytics tools like Minitab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage employees in continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing PDCA-based improvement projects.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like Minitab, Excel, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
