📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows to meet daily targets.,Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet quality standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Manage and optimize production resources to reduce costs and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
