As the Head of Warehouse, Logistics & Order Management, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle, and using logistics software like JDA or Manhattan Associates. You'll work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized, and that our customers receive their orders on time and in full.

• Manage a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Experience with logistics software like JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
