📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily culinary operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service events and special requests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Monitor kitchen performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.,Experience with menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
