ARENA Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our food and beverage service operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement service standards and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.,Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked and prepared according to schedule.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food safety regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or training in F&B service or management are a plus.
