In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and contribute to the financial planning of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health codes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
