📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify issues.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
