📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Oversee the design, analysis, and construction of structural systems.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices.,Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.
