📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries and benefits.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax forms to relevant authorities.,Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.,Provide payroll support to the HR team, including new hire onboarding and termination processes.,Stay updated with the latest payroll software and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Train and mentor junior payroll staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and tools, such as Payroll Master, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
