Berkah Maya Health Center is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food services. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook meals, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus.,Manage kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.,Prepare and maintain food inventories, including ordering, receiving, and storing ingredients.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including new hires and interns.,Participate in menu planning and development, including testing new recipes and providing feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and techniques.,Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the Head Chef.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
