📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Stock shelves and prepare products for sale, ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of food products, ensuring that they are cooked and served according to our high standards.,Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant information.,Participate in store promotions and special events, helping to create a fun and engaging shopping experience for customers.,Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the store is a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or related fields.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
