📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive and professional image of the company throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
