Resto Hana Geprek is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant equipment. You will work closely with the Head Maintenance Technician to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food service and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, and refrigeration units.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as they arise.,Clean and sanitize equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Assist in the installation of new equipment.,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Work collaboratively with the Head Maintenance Technician and other team members to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of restaurant equipment and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
