📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the wellness and beauty industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key players.
• Manage key accounts and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline sales processes and track performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the wellness and beauty industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wellness and beauty industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIM card and driving license.
