📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and training to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the food or retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
