📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.,Monitor and manage the performance of drivers, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers.,Manage fuel consumption and cost-efficiency of the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
