📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain commercial plans, budgets, and forecasts using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotion and pricing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial planning, sales forecasting, or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
