📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Retail Sales Consultants in managing the sales process, from customer consultation to closing deals.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and preferences.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Retail Sales Consultants.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
