📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with our restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Hospitality degree or equivalent experience is preferred.🛠️ Keahlian
