📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and adherence to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies and ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
