Spot Port Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Gianyar. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to our growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including salary calculations and tax deductions.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
