📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department

Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and qualified

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Provide leadership and support to nursing staff

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in Indonesian

Valid nursing license and certification
