📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mining plans, including feasibility studies, resource estimation, and production scheduling.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Monitor and optimize mining operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure accurate and up-to-date geological and geotechnical data.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Prepare and present technical reports, including mining progress reports, safety reports, and environmental impact assessments.
• Participate in the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mining engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations and engineering.
• Proven track record of managing mining projects and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and technologies.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
