📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Perform routine tasks such as changing bed linens, cleaning patient rooms, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
