📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of product support operations,Ensure the smooth operation of our product support services,Work closely with the global team to deliver exceptional support to our customers,Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues,Provide operational support to the Product Support team,Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes,Participate in the continuous improvement of our support operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in operations or customer support roles,Strong operational skills and experience in managing processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
