📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Schedule appointments and manage visitor sign-in/sign-out.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and technology.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.
