📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
