Link Bold Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and materials.,Identify training needs and design solutions to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other training tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
