📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the workplace.Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve targets.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.Plan and organize work schedules to optimize productivity.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.🛠️ Keahlian
