📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to protect employees and the environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization, encouraging open communication and accountability.
• Utilize safety management software, such as SAP or similar systems, to track and manage safety data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the HSE domain, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies, such as HAZOP, FMEA, or JSA.
• Experience with safety management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
