📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the payables process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
