📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries and resolving financial issues
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
