As an Early Childhood Educator at PAUD Rodiya, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating early childhood education programs that align with national and international standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement early childhood education programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of educational activities, including art, music, drama, and outdoor play.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individual attention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating new ideas into your teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Promote a positive and respectful school culture, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect among staff and students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a PAUD or similar setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPNS (Certified Professional in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of national and international early childhood education standards and curricula.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
