📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the transformation of facilities to meet modern operational standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities.
Implement best practices in facilities management using tools like SAP and AutoCAD.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize space utilization and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on the progress of facility transformations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of successful transformations.
Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, LEED AP) is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of facilities management software and tools like SAP and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
