📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Perform random sampling and testing of products to verify quality and safety.
• Document and report on quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality problems.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within the agricultural or food industry.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
