📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and projections for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors.
• Support the finance manager in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
