You'll use tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our affiliate recruitment network by building relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
• Use recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to source and attract top talent.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in affiliate recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, or other ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
