📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell a wide range of gadgets and electronics to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products to meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, ensuring our shelves are well-stocked and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in store setup and maintenance, including display arrangements and product placements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and product releases in the gadget industry to offer informed advice to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics or gadget industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Basic knowledge of gadgets and electronics, including their features and functionalities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
