📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate high-potential retail locations across Bali, focusing on areas like Canggu, Ubud, and Kuta.
• Negotiate lease agreements and secure optimal retail spaces for new branches.
• Oversee the end-to-end opening process, including site preparation, interior design, and staffing.
• Conduct market research and analyze retail trends to inform expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including property owners and community leaders.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new branch openings and drive foot traffic.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize retail operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new branches into our overall retail strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a retail expansion leader, with a track record of successfully opening and managing multiple retail locations.
• Deep knowledge of the Bali retail market, including local regulations, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Strong negotiation and lease management skills, with experience securing optimal retail spaces.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in using retail analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali for site visits and meetings.
