📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of HR reports and documentation.
• Support the HR team in planning and executing HR events and activities.
• Assist in the maintenance of HR databases and systems, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, based on feedback and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
