📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire internship program lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate with universities and educational institutions to source and select intern candidates.
• Develop and implement internship schedules and activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to interns to ensure they gain valuable experience and skills.
• Collaborate with department heads to align internship objectives with organizational goals.
• Monitor intern performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all intern activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internship coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
